Ingredients

  • 1 cup macadamia nuts
  • ¾ cup filtered water or as needed for consistency
  • 1-2 cloves garlic
  • ½ tsp sea salt

Variations:

substitute cashews and or pine nuts

Preparation
Add all ingredients into food processor and process. Scrape the sides down often.

Uses:
I use this as a spread on collard wraps, a dip for veggies, on raw seed burgers, in cooked salmon patties, in raw mock tuna, in real tuna salad and on and on.Play with it and enjoy!
