Ingredients
- 2 pounds ground beef
- 2 cups mixed shredded broccoli stems and carrots
- 1 small yellow onion, diced
- 1 clove garlic diced
- 2 teaspoons lemon juice
- 2 tablespoons lime juice
- ½ cup tomatoe paste
- 1 tomato, chopped
- ½ cup parsley, chopped
- ¼ cup chia seeds, ground
- ¼ cup coconut flour
- 3 Tbsp gluten-free Worcestershire (I like the Wizard brand)
- 2 Tbsp coconut aminos
- Sea salt and pepper to taste
Preparation
1.Preheat oven to 375 degrees.
2.Put all ingredients into a medium mixing bowl. Knead with your hands or mix with a wooden spoon until all ingredients are well blended.
3.Form meat mixture into a loaf and place it in a shallow baking pan or bread loaf pan.
4.Bake in preheated oven for 35 minutes or until cooked through. Serve hot.
