- 1/8 tsp cayenne pepper
- ½ tsp ground coriander
- ¼ tsp ground pepper
- 1/8 tsp ground nutmeg
- ¼ tsp tumeric1 tsp garam masala
- 3 Tbsp water
- 4 Tbsp coconut oil
- 1-2 pounds fresh organic spinach, trimmed and washed.
- If using large leafed spinach rather than baby spinach then chop
- ½ cup original coconut keifer
Combine the spices in a small bowl and add water, mix well.Melt the coconut oil in a large quart/liter pan that has a lid.Add the spice and water mixture to the oil and then pack in the spinach and sprinkle with salt.
Cover and reduce the heat, cook for about 5 minutes then turn the leaves over and cook a few more minutes.
Remove the pan from the heat, add the coconut keifer and stir well. Serve immediately and Enjoy!
